I’m Back! e-session

Hello Everyone,

Well, after taking a two week breather from blogging i’m back!  Turns out there is sunshine and a fresh smell in the air.  I’ve been hibernating and the fresh air is a welcome return.

Just last week I was out with Amanda and Mat at the University of Winnipeg photographing their engagements.  It is always fun to photograph a new couple.  Usually they are a little nervous and don’t know what to do at first, but by the end of it they are relaxed and have had an awesome time.  Mat and Amanda were no exception.  They rocked it out.  I was a really big fan of the U of W as I have never shot there before.  Plus I’m always a big fan of photographing couples that are easy to photograph.  It makes my job so easy :P  By the end of the photoshoot we had finished with a game of pool, how awesome is that?  I think Amanda won, but to be honest I’m not sure anyone was keeping score.  Enjoy!

Jaclyn and Brad - e session

Last weekend I had the chance to do an engagement shoot with Jaclyn and Brad who are getting married this september.  These two have been together for more than 9 years and are still head over heals for each other.  To my surprise, Jaclyn and Brad were far too easy to photograph and nailed all the shots with total ease.  Brad especially rocked it out and knew exactly what to do and I’m pretty sure he even mentioned he liked it!  Laid back and fun photo shoots is what I’m all about and I love it when my clients are having fun!  Okay so without further ado here are the photos!

2 of 2 Engagements

After my sister was engaged I had quite the surprise coming to me.  Well it turns out that my BROTHER has just recently gotten engaged as well!  Since Courtney lives out of province, we ended up photographing the happy couple on the same day as my sisters engagement photos.  They were a fantastic and uber fun couple to photograph and they kept bugging me about how I’m the last in my family still single, way to rub it in guys :).  Here are some shots of the two.  I think I have a shot of my brother doing a drill sargant impersonation, can you tell which photo it is?  Enjoy!

1 of 2 Engagements!

This week was a busy week for me!  Sunday I happened to photograph TWO engagements one after another.  Luckily I know both couples very well ;)  Doris and Tyler have just recently become engaged and I couldn’t be happier for the super cute couple!  O.K. maybe I’m a little bit happier for Doris just cause she’s my FAVOURITE sister :P  And that’s not just because she’s my only sister either! ( I always bug her about that ).  So Sunday afternoon I took Doris and Tyler out by waterfront and had an absolutely amazing time.  You guys were so fun and easy to photograph!  Here’s the sneak peak!!!
